We think that computers are overly mystified and the general public may not have all the answers to make sound decisions when it comes to computers. We think it is your basic right as an individual to obtain information that empowers you to deal with computers, the Internet without fear or frustration.

The following test has 31 questions and you have 60 minutes to complete it. In our experience, 30 minutes is usually more than enough, but we let you take your time.
